Located in the heart of our campsite in Vendée, near Mervent, it is open to all vacationers seeking good food and relaxation. Our homemade cuisine delights young and old alike, in a warm and authentic setting.
On the menu: simple and tasty dishes
Our restaurant offers a short menu, made with fresh produce and recipes accessible to all:
- In the morning, order your breads and pastries for a typically French breakfast: crispy baguettes, golden croissants and pains au chocolat straight from the village bakery
- At lunchtime and in the afternoon, it’s snack time: melting paninis, crispy fries, sweet or savory crêpes and artisan ice creams.
- In the evening, our menu offers a choice of simple but tasty dishes: pizzas, grilled meats, homemade burgers, fresh salads… Not forgetting a vegetarian option always available.
You can view the full menu at reception or directly on site. The restaurant is ideally located just steps from the pool and offers a magnificent view of the lake.

The restaurant terrace is one of the most popular spots at the campsite. Set directly on the lakeside, it offers you a peaceful setting to enjoy a meal, a cool drink or an ice cream in complete tranquility. This is also where you’ll get the best WiFi connection at the campsite. Whether for drinks with friends, a snack with the children or a romantic dinner, our terrace is the perfect place to enjoy long summer evenings.
Themed meals at the restaurant in La Chataigneraie
Throughout the season, we occasionally organize themed meals to liven up your evenings. Couscous, paella, moules-frites, giant barbecue… each event is an opportunity to share a good time in a friendly atmosphere. These evenings are announced in advance at reception! Much appreciated by our vacationers, they are part of the unique experience we wish to offer at L’Étruyère, in tribute to our beautiful Vendée region.
